MLS® FOR THE TREATMENT OF FEATHER-PLUCKING AND ALOPECIA

2 NEW CLINICAL CASES

MLS® to the rescue of feathers and fur, as confirmed by the cases of Nerino, the grey parrot, suffering from self-inflicted subacute/chronic feather-plucking due to a behavioural disorder and a Pomeranian dog with alopecia. In the case of the bird, a cycle of 7 sessions with MLS® Laser Therapy was sufficient to see the growth of the new calamus of covert feathers while, in the case of the dog, excellent results were obtained after 12 sessions. The fur started to grow back thickly in the neck, back and rear leg area where there had been none for 6 months.

TAILORED TRAINING

ON-LINE AND IN PERSON, TRAINING NEVER STOPS

Training first-hand for MLS® with the specialist course for horse therapists and the postgraduate training course of the Association of Animal Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in the Czech Republic, both with in-person attendance. In addition to this, there are two “series” of live webinars, designed for returning customers, which take a practical and concrete approach to the implementation - by encouraging the proactive exchange of ideas - of all the knowledge acquired by the participants over the years and applied to various fields, from orthopaedic conditions to problems related to sporting dogs, as well as neurological conditions and treatment of elderly patients. While each on-line appointment allows you to learn more about the benefits and uses of MLS® Laser Therapy through theoretical sessions and case studies, the in-person training sessions give you the opportunity to verify its ease of use and effectiveness, first and foremost M-VET.

Several other upcoming events are already in the pipeline, such as the SCIVAC International Congress on 28 May (Rimini, Italy), where there will also be a live speech on the theme of “MLS® Laser Therapy in veterinary medicine: the sporting dog and the most frequent muscle-tendon lesions”, the annual conference of the Australian Veterinary Association, and the various stages of the prestigious CCRP internationally recognised Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner course. Which ones are happening first? UK and Slovenia.
