“Tatjana Falconi's experience in the use of MLS® Laser Therapy to effectively treat common diseases in horses, represented an important added value to make the course even more interesting”,
commented Alberto Zaghetto (Area Manager for Italy) referring to the training course dedicated to horse veterinarians which was held at the Biancaluna breeding farm (Province of Brescia) by Dr. Falconi, MDV – specialising in veterinary laser therapy and acupuncture.
After a theoretical introduction, to explain the value of laser therapy in dealing with issues characterised by pain, inflammation, oedema, muscle contractures and ulcers, the 9 participants were able to see how it is used during a practical session.
During the “on stage” phase, in addition to experiencing first-hand how easy it is to use the M-VET device and its excellent features (including safety, uniformity of treatment, peak power and ergonomics), the participants received specific instructions from the trainer on how to deal with even the most complex cases.
“These suggestions – concludes Zaghetto – were received with great interest by the horse veterinarians who, throughout the day, were able to compare notes and share their experience in solving common cases. The outcome of the course was extremely positive as it allowed the participants to verify the real benefits of the use of MLS® in addressing issues that are very common in their daily practice”.
