For the first time, Venice hosted the International Conference on Avian herpetological and Exotic mammal medicine from 25th to 29th March; an event which gathered together more than 600 doctors from all over the world, and particularly from Europe, who specialise in exotic animals. The prestigious conference which was held at the Tronchetto congress centre in Venice was also attended by ASAveterinary with an own stand showcasing the Mphi Vet Orange device. Specifically devised for the care of exotic animals, the ASAlaser system attracted many visitors and allowed collecting a considerable number of contacts from various European countries.
MLS® Laser Therapy received support from Doctor Chiara Simonini, a member of the staff of the Clinica Veterinaria Modena Sud, who presented a clinical case concerning a muscle tear in a pet rabbit, surgically reduced and successfully treated with MLS®. “We were very gratified by the discovery – reported Giacomo Granozio Area Manager – that many visitors already knew the MLS® Laser Therapy system. Among the Asian visitors, almost all customers of ours, we had the opportunity to meet Doctor Marty Chu, acknowledged as one of the main Taiwanese doctor experts of exotic animals, a speaker and a member of the event’s scientific committee, and Doctor Chaowaphan Yinharnmingmongkol, a KOL specialising in exotic animals, and Doctor Somrith Warinda. The latter two, who were the first to integrate Mphi Vet Orange in their facility, hail from the Animal Space Hospital, one of the most important Bangkok hospitals specialised in exotic animals”.
