The training sessions in Brazil dedicated to the use of laser therapy which ASAveterinary took part in focused on small animals.
Thanks to the collaboration with the local partner Ecomed, the ASAlaser Vet division in fact was able to present its therapeutic solution and some of its devices (Mphi Vet and Mphi Vet Orange) during the “Corso de Laserterapia Diferencia entre clase 3B y clase IV” (27th October, Sao Paulo) organised by MSM Cursos em Reabilitação Animal, the training session “Rehabilitación de pacientes geriátricos” and the book launch of “Physical medicine and rehabilitation in small animals” (28th October, Sao Paulo) set up by Fisiocare Pet.
Over 100 vets in total were therefore able to analyse in-depth the use and benefits of MLS® Laser Therapy, particularly when tackling common issues in pets.
“Initiatives such as these – explains Karla Salazar, ASAveterinary’s Export Manager – are very important in order to penetrate the local market, enabling us to come into direct contact with those who use our therapy. Courses and workshops allow us in fact to provide immediate feedback to interested specialists, also offering them a case series of successes”.
The visit to Brazil moreover enabled the company staff to create new contacts for disseminating MLS® throughout the territory.
“For example, we were able to meet the contact persons for the Cavalry Regiment specialised in equines, who were favourably impressed by our therapeutic solution, after effectively treating a horse with a chronic leg problem”.
