More than 100 vets from all over Italy met in Palazzo Trecchi on 16/17 March for the “First 2019 national meeting” by SIVAE (Italian Veterinary Association for Exotic Animals) which coincided with the twentieth anniversary for the Specialist Company in exotic animals. The latter were the focus of analysis of the meeting - "Medical updates for exotic animals” – articulated in speeches by prominent figures in the Vet world. The speech by Professor Francesco Di Ianni from the University of Parma, which focused on Laser Therapy as a valid therapeutic tool for rapid tissue repair and time-reduction of antibiotics for reptiles, is particularly worth a mention.
Silvio Ferracin, ASAveterinary’s Italian Sales Manager, explains that – “Many vets visited our stand, particularly after this appraisal, in order to obtain further explanations concerning the use and benefits of MLS® Laser Therapy. Moreover, the opportunity to view the Mphi Vet Orange device and its pre-set protocols for non-conventional animals represented an additional benefit in order to understand the ease of application of the therapy in practical terms”.
