A further accolade has been granted to MLS® Laser Therapy in the vet section. An entire chapter of the book “Essential Facts of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine in Companion Animals” has in fact been dedicated to the description of the therapy, its features, the treatment methods and the cases where it proved to be effective.
The work, written by internationally renowned experts and professors in the veterinary field – Barbara Bockstahler, David Levine, Johann W. Maierl, Kathleen Wittek and Darryl L. Millis – addresses doctors and specialists, but also students and animal owners interested in analysing topics useful to improve cohabitation with their companion animals, and is already confirmed as a key reference point for physiotherapy, rehabilitation and veterinary sports medicine.
Next to an ample section devoted to the contents, it is further enriched by a section packed with illustrations and images, also supported by video tutorials available through a QR Code.
With the support of the “Veterinary Academy of Higher Learning”, the book will be officially presented during the sixth edition of the VEPRA Conference (19-21 September 2019, Ghent, Belgium).
“We can only be proud to be included in a work of this scope, which focusing precisely on Laser Therapy, qualifies it as an effective solution for treating multiple diseases. This is a further valuable testimony in addition to the many successful cases which our Customers report” comments Roberto Marchesini, ASA Managing Director.
Lucio Zaghetto, ASA’s Scientific & Educational Director, also adds: “the quality of the work is also validated by the excellent work by Doctor Beate Egner from the Veterinary Academy of Higher Learning (VAHL) who, in addition to publishing the book, was able to coordinate at best the work of all the authors, first-class professionals in the international veterinary field”.
