Clinical case
Vestibular syndrome and IVDD of the lumbar spine.
Hind limb weakness for about 10 days, administered Antinol

X-ray examination:

  • spondylarthrosis in L1-L3 L4-L5 
  • reduction of SIV in L1-L2 L4-L5
  • knee osteoarthritis

Clinical examination

  • Ataxia in the hind limbs
  • Kyphosis
  • Normal sensitivity and proprioception
  • Severe muscular hypomyotrophy of the thigh
  • Bilateral medial patellar dislocation grade 4
