D. How did you discover the MLS® Laser Therapy?
R. It was presented to me in my Surgery by an ASAveterinary representative who explained its features, its proven scientific grounds and valid research and its effectiveness through some of its success stories.

D. Why have you chosen our therapy for your Clinic?
R. The possibility of reducing the use of anti-inflammatory drugs was the incentive for my choice. The opportunity offered to test the therapy in treating some of my patients confirmed its significant anti-inflammatory effect, as well as the absence of invasiveness and the speedy response. All very useful qualities in my work.

D. On the basis of your own direct experience, which adjectives would you use to define MLS® Laser therapy?
R. Veratile, as it can be applied to treat numerous conditions, efficient, as it provides clear results right from the first treatments and is comfortable to use.

D. Mphi Vet: which are the strong points of the device during its application?
R. Its practicality is very important: being able to transport it outside of the Surgery for home visits is a convenience not to be underestimated. The rapid application times which are really short, is an added advantage both for the operator and the animal.

D. With regards to the different clinical cases that you have been able to treat, in which circumstances was using MLS® particularly suitable?
R. In treating gingivitis in cats MLS® has proven very efficient, as well as for pain relief. In some cases, the use of Laser Therapy has enabled me to avoid surgical intervention: I’m referring to, for example, some cases of small dogs with ruptures of only one of the crossed ligaments. It was enough to subject them to a course of treatments with MLS® in order to treat the condition in the best way. Similarly, however, the therapy is also recommendable post surgery, above all during the scarring over process.

D. How do pet owners feel about turning to Laser Therapy?
R. Very well, above all because it allows to avoid the use of medicines. When I suggest it I am only met with approval, both because the owners have personal experience of laser therapy, maybe having used it on themselves, both because once they see the results they understand its value.

D. Regarding the set protocols available, which do you use the most?
R. I can say that I use the “acute inflammation” protocol on a daily basis to accompany my treatment of many problems common to cats and dogs.
