Where “Medical updates for exotic animals” was the key theme of the second part of the national seminar by SIVAE – Italian Veterinary Association for Exotic Animals (3/4 November, Palazzo Trecchi, Cremona), Laser Therapy in the treatment of common issues in these animals was one of the most interesting topics for the more than 150 professionals who attended. This is confirmed by the many visits noted by the staff of the veterinary section of ASAlaser to their exhibition space.
“The vets who visited us – explains Adelmo Rossin, ASAveterinary Product Specialist – were able to view our Mphi Vet Orange device, with dedicated programs for exotic species, and to verify the ease and rapidity of the MLS® Laser Therapy application. Two important pluses which go hand in hand with its high level of tolerability and with the absence of contra-indications for the animal”.
The wish of the specialists to analyse the therapy was also underlined by the many questions concerning its operation, the benefits of the treatments, the effects on lesions and the application method.
Rossin concludes by stating: “The many requests for details concerning therapeutic protocols specifically dedicated to the single issues and those addressing the most frequent cases were not secondary. A clear signal of how MLS® Laser Therapy is progressively gaining space in daily practice”.
