MLS® for horses: new interest from the Netherlands

Thursday, September 28, 2017

A new recognition of value for the use of MLS® when treating horse diseases hails from The Netherlands. The ASAlaser therapy has in fact captured the interest of participants taking part in the “European ISELP Module” on the issue “Foot and Pastern”, organised by the International Society Equine Locomotor Pathology (ISELP) at the Sporthorse Medical Diagnostic Centre in Heesch (The Netherlands). The course alternated prestigious speakers with on-stage sessions to verify the most common hoof and metacarpus issues in real time. “140 vets took part in this in-depth analysis:  – explains Roberto Teruzzi, ASAlaser Area Manager – a considerable number, so much so that the organiser had to set up two ad-hoc rooms with spaces set aside for exhibitors, which included our partner VVDB Zeeland who expressed great satisfaction about the feedback on MLS®. Undoubtedly, the presence of valuable teachers such as Doctor Jean-Marie Denoix was an important driving force for our therapy”. This was also confirmed by Bianca Verhoeven van den Brand from VVDB Zeeland: “We had lots of interest for the different products, but a special attention was for the MLS® Laser. We are noticing that laser therapy is getting more known and therefore we can share our knowledge with the veterinary specialists”.
