Equines are the protagonists of the 24th National Congress of SIVE, the Equine Veterinary Society (12/13 October, Palazzo Trecchi – Cremona), which gathered together over 200 Vet specialists from all Italy, interested in finding out the latest innovations in the fields of research and therapy for treating horse diseases.
One of these was MLS®, present in the specifically set up ASAveterinary exhibition area, which captured participants’ attention thanks to the Mphi Equine Orange device.
“We were able to demonstrate its operation to many of the participants - explained Silvio Ferracin, the ASAveterinary Area Manager – highlighting three important pluses: the presence of pre-set protocols for effectively treating multiple issues, the power peak of the 905nm diode at 75 watt and the possibility of using Laser-acupuncture, without needles, on generally extremely sensitive subjects. “A speech which all the vets certainly found interesting when they met for a pre-Congress meeting focused on specific topics. In addition to nutrition for sports horses, the key themes of the discussion included the therapeutic approach to horse tendinitis, which was keenly followed, an area in which MLS® excels”, concludes Ferracin.
