To supply information to future vets for properly understanding MLS® Laser Therapy when treating common issues in pet animals: this was the objective of 2R Company (ASAveterinary’s partner for Peru) when meeting final year students at the Universidad Ricardo Palma and the School of Veterinary Science (Santiago de Surco, Lima) on 2nd and 4th May. The conference dedicated to "MLS® Laser Therapy and its applications in the treatment of small animals” not only enabled the more than 80 participants to analyse the method on which the therapy is based, but also to verify how Laser Therapy is able to provide effective results, superior compared with those obtained with traditional technology. Its value was also confirmed by the “First Aid course for pet animals” organised by MEVED (Voluntary Veterinary Doctors for emergencies and disasters) at the initiative of the Veterinary Medical School of Peru and with the support of 2R Company. During the training meeting, in addition to a theoretical analysis of MLS®, participants were also able to view a Mphi Vet device, ascertaining its ease of use and intuitiveness.
