Bones, joints and nerve diseases: these are the focus themes of the third edition of the “Formosa Veterinary Conference” (10th September, Kaohsiung , Kaohsiung exhibition center) a prominent appointment for Thai vets. The interest of the more than 700 participants to the Conference organised by the Formosa Veterinary Medical Association focused on two scientific program meetings which were attended by over 200 professionals:
"The emerging field of laser therapy in bone, joint and nerve" and "Clinical evidences in laser treatment of bone, joint, nerve" during which the theoretical session was flanked by a practical session concerning some clinical cases. <<The concrete interest verified in the field – explains Giacomo Granozio – ASAlaser area manager– through the many questions addressed by vet specialists to the speakers, confirms how much the laser therapy&veterinary medicine theme draws great attention. We also saw this first-hand the following day, by visiting a well-known Vet clinic in the Sanmin District of Kaohsiung City, where a practical-theoretical course concerning laser use was held. The more than 30 vets who took part verified the effectiveness of MLS® when treating wounds and ulcers thanks to 3 cases: the results obtained represented the best advertisement for the therapy>>.
