UK and Slovenia: ASA directly supports CCRP courses

Tuesday, July 5, 2022

After the Coleshill stage at the Active Pet clinic, new vets from Slovenia and Croatia took part in the CCRP (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner) course organised by the University of Tennessee with the cooperation of the Veterinary Academy of Higher Learning.

The course was held in the “Dogs4motion” clinic in Ravne na Koroškem (Slovenia) from 13th to 15th June and also featured an in-depth analysis on MLS® Laser Therapy.

“The programme – Roberto Terruzzi, ASA Area Manager explains – included theoretical and practical sessions on various topics, including MLS®. Our therapy immediately captured the interest of the participants, thanks also to the presence of the Mphi Vet Orange and M-VET devices. Divided into three groups, the participants were able to test their ease of use and at the same time verify the application methods, receiving detailed explanations for specific cases. We believe that initiatives of this calibre can be a significant driving force for disseminating the culture of laser therapy also in the veterinary field, an area that is increasingly interested in connecting with efficacious and innovative therapeutic solutions which respect the patient”.

After Slovenia, the next CCRP course will be hosted by Portugal (31st August – 1st September).
