As was illustrated in a reportage in the Dzien dobry program by Polish television broadcaster TVN, Vasia is a Cane Corso who lost a paw at the front in Ukraine where he accompanied his owner as a guard dog and helper to carry materials. Seriously wounded by the tangles of barbed wire in the Russian trenches, the dog was taken to Poland where he underwent surgery to prepare for a limb prosthesis.
During the pre- and post-surgery phase, the dog successfully underwent MLS® Laser Therapy with M-VET, which contributed to relieving pain, speeding up healing and resolving muscle deficit and overload.
