The "Vie de clinique" section of the Veterinary magazine VET LIFE explores the history of Tiloo, German Shepherd 12 YO with multiple pathologies: posterior ataxia, secondary compressive myelopathy, chronic herniated discs and kidney failure. After surgery, in order to allow the recovery of the medullary nerve conduction, the dog has remained in extremely critical condition. Its owner decides to do everything possible. Tiloo has been treated with MLS® Laser Therapy sessions and with specific exercises to stimulate the recovery of the movement. What is the result? After 12 days, post-operative wounds are healed and the use of the legs recovered. The dog has begun hydrotherapy: after 30 days Tiloo has recovered the best physical condition, and, in order to control its hip osteoarthritis, monthly undergoes a session of MLS® Laser Therapy. In addition of the case, the magazine dedicates a focus on the use of MLS® Laser Therapy on wound healing.
